Loma Lion is a California-based producer and songwriter, blending elements of indie pop, chillwave, and garage rock.

Behind the moniker is Nick Gonzalez, who grew up performing Latin rock, most notably in his family band, Grupo Feliz. Inspired by the eclectic sounds of his namesake neighborhood La Loma in the Central Valley, he began creating his own music to explore new genres and fuse his many influences into a distinctive sound. He started his career playing in the Bay Area music scene during the chillwave renaissance of the early '10s, which found life in the counterculture psychedelia of the Berkeley underground.

Loma Lion will be releasing his debut EP "Vistas," a slow drive symphony through the many landscapes of CA.
